Former hospice chaplain
turned researcher,
Dianne Arcangel,
presents the effects
afterlife encounters offer
believers, nonbelievers,
skeptics, and scientists
via her groundbreaking, first of its kind,
five-year international survey,
accompanied by gripping case histories.

Readers will discover:
what encounters are;
when and where they occur;
why some people perceive
them, while others cannot;
their purpose and meaning;
and much more.

An afterlife encounter is any sense of being connected to, or in the presense of, a discarnate personality. It can be direct (while awake or asleep), or indirect (via another person, animal, electronic device, etc.)

Results for the Afterlife Encounters Survey: Ecstasy. Fear sells - therefore, most of the media portrays afterlife encounters (AEs) in a negative way. Research and genuine accounts counter their claims - thus, we posted a survey that ended in 2007. 1,200 respondents completed the survey, and of those, 90% felt ecstasy during their encounters. Of the 10% who did not, most said they felt an ineffable peace instead. Approximately 74% of respondents rated their AEs the highest value (10), and 22% said their AEs were among their top 1 to 3 life events. We continue to gather evidence for how positive, healthy, and natural afterlife encounters can be for everyone involved. Thank you for your continued support. Together, we are changing worldview.
